Too much basketball...

...makes me feel fatigue!

It's been awhile since I played basketball 4 times in a week, and after I did recently, I feel as if I have played a full 90 minutes game of football. Back then when I was in Hong Kong, I could play basketball almost everyday! I guess my diet has not been good, or maybe the smoking habit (well, not really a habit, but I do smoke on a few occasions) has lowered down my stamina.

Anyway, I'll just take both factors as something that I should work on. I'll change my diet and stop smoking all together to improve my stamina. Oh, and the new semester is starting in two days! Not really that excited, but it's better to do SOMETHING than nothing.
